No personal information is collected and recorded unless you reach out directly or submit information into a form on the iAccessAbility website.
- Your name:: Full first name and last name initial at minimum are required when you contact iAccessAbility. You may also provide a prefered name.
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your device details (model, software version, etc.)
- Any other information you include in your message
2. How We Use Collected Information
Any information you provide is used only to:
- Respond to your inquiries or messages personally
- Improve our services and content
- Properly quote you if and when you submit any public reviews. Reviews submitted are stored in a Google Sheet and are automatically published to the reviews page.
3. How We Store Information
Your name and contact information are stored securely in Google Contacts under the iAccessAbility account and are kept until you request deletion. iAccessAbility utilizes Zoho Mail for all email interations and emails are typically discarded automatically after 30 days. We strongly encourage you to review their privacy policies separately. iAccessAbility also utilizes various platforms such as Google products and Zoho products and may use such services to store data and information we collect about you. Your interactions with the iAccessAbility social media pages are held under the platform's polocies and are not recorded elsewhere.
